Scientist Mother, Guide
I am Nathalie Kienast — a nutrition expert with a scientific background in nutritional science and pharmaceutical sciences.
My specialisation is in child nutrition. Central to my work is the understanding that every child develops individually, and that nutrition should always be considered in relation to health and growth. My interdisciplinary training gives me a comprehensive understanding of physiological connections — how nutrition, development and metabolism are interlinked.
I also bring experience in developing children's products for the food industry, with knowledge of both the scientific foundations and the requirements behind products for babies and toddlers.

No rigid rules — solutions that actually work

I am convinced: when parents feel secure in their decisions, children naturally develop a positive relationship with food that lasts a lifetime.
