The first spoonful shapes a lifetime

From the very first spoonful, your child's relationship with food begins to take shape. A successful start can foster a relaxed, curious attitude towards eating and ease many situations at the table. But with so many — sometimes contradictory — recommendations and the individual development of each child, the question often arises: which decisions are the right ones for your family?

Is my baby choking? Am I doing everything safely?

How do I make sense of all the different recommendations?

Could I unknowingly be raising a picky eater?

FROM FIRST BITES TO THE FAMILY TABLE – WE GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

From the first cautious bite to relaxed family meals, we help you build the foundation for a lifetime of healthy eating.

DID YOU KNOW THAT

Did you know?

A baby needs to try a new food 8 to 15 times before accepting it. So don't give up after the first "no"!

How fascinating!

Babies taste flavours from the mother's diet through breast milk — garlic, vanilla, and spices are all transferred.

Wow!

Your baby is making a face? That's often curiosity, not rejection.

Non-negotiable: Pasta

The "picky eating" phase peaks at 18–25 months. This is developmental, but early foundations are crucial.

Rhythm over clocktime

Scientists recently discovered that babies prefer to eat in natural rhythmic cycles rather than at fixed times.

Intense taste

Infants are born with 30,000 taste buds; adults have only 10,000 — that's why everything tastes so intense to them!
